[Typo3] Direct Mail Extension

Hi Rainer.

please let us know if/how you succeed, or maybe we should try to create 
a new tutorial for this in the wiki? It seems to me it's still not very 
well documented/clear for many of us how to create a dm system in typo 
properly.
Or maybe there's somebody who created a "clean" DM solution w/o 
installing the testsite and copying parts from that?
