[Typo3] Strategy for page templates... help needed.

Except that we get to see it reposted and reposted with the only thing 
changed is a line saying 'doesn't anyone know, I really need help, it 
should have been done already...'

All then hear about how the list is rude and nobody ever replies...

And often its something that 15minutes of looking on the lists would 
have solved!

Its a no win situation and its really frustrating.
