[Typo3] Local Installation and Internet Installation

Depends if your internet computer is Linux and your local is Windows. 
But in general there is no difference. It's about 2 min when you have 
all required source available, Apache, Mysql and PHP up and running. 
Otherwise try the WAMP distribution.
