[Typo3] Suddenly: main(init.php): failed to open stream

I would recommend a new harddisk.
I can off cause not be sure, but it looks more like a hardware problem, than a 
typo3 problem, and most times I have seen error messages like this, it is a 
harddisk about to break down.
