[Typo3] Error in datastructure

Hi,

I get errors when choosing flexible content elements, using typo3 3.70 
(linux). I get:

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result 
resource in /srv/ftp/es00002f/typo3_src-3.7.0/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on 
line 739

on the top of the content-element-page and:

Data Structure ERROR: No source value in fieldname "tx_templavoila_ds"

in the field "Content". I cannot choose the data-structure I've created before 
(although it worked before, don't know what changed), only the page-main-DS 
is available (which is curious as well, isn't it).

So, this is what I tried up to now:

1) checked that there is a storage-folder given on the root-page. Tried to use 
those FCE's even on the root-page itself,
2) compared database in the install-tool to make sure there are all needed 
fields in the database.

Both without success.

I can use the FCE's when choosing them from the "new content-element" page, 
where I added them by editing some lines in 

typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod1/db_new_content_el.php

There the ID's of DO/TS are choosen directly. I can use them, although the 
field "Page Template Structure" in that chosen element says that the value 
was not allowed.

If anyone has a hint. Maybe I didn't see anything?
