[Typo3] strange problems updating 3.6.0 > 3.7.0

heho list,
i tried to update typo3 version 3.6.0 to 3.7.0

i got the "official update guide from typo3.org and the information from 
wikipedia (http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/TYPO3_3.7.0_Upgrade).

short description of what i have done:
- backup files and database
- overwrite existing files with those of the zip-archive (dummy-package)
- deleted extensions how it is dcescribed in the wikipedia-article

results:

login to the install-tool is ok.
update required tables: COMPARE is ok.
write to database IS NOT ok.

error:
