Yes - I've looked into this.  I can get an email with the correct details so 
that means that the extension knows where the FE Users folder is.  I've 
added the following line of code to allow the FE Users folder to be 
specified from TypoScript instead of the page header.

// Get storage PIDs:
$d['_STORAGE_PID']=$this->conf['userStorage'];
