[Typo3] PHP-Nuke like Block in Typo3

Hello evrybody
In the frontend of my site I have 3 columns and  want
to know if there is a way to have different
blocks(like the things PHP-Nuke does)with different
apprence in any Columns... . I want block to put some
html in its header,footer and body.
Is thare any way to do this?
