[Typo3] delete non-used content elements in TV

But note: this is alpha and won`t be supported. I only tested it in one
3.7 installation with TV 0.4.0. It works on a per page basis and will
probably not work in a multi-language environment.

Robert is aware of the extension but it won`t be merged into TV as it is
only a quick hack.
