"wrap"'s get used for such stuff. OptionSplit is for different things:

temp.menu_1.2 = TMENU
tmep.menu_1.2 {
    wrap = <div class="section" id="section"> | </div>
    NO.allWrap = |
    NO.ATagParams = class="item2"
}
