[Typo3] template file

This is very strange?!

I use automaketemplate plugin, which is obvious since I want to have a page 
pased on template. Evertything was working fine so far, but today I have 
noticed that any changes made to the template.htm (my template file) do not 
change the effect in frontend!!!! WHY? I was clearing cache many times, also 
manually.
I have cleared database (cache* tables). All for nothing! This is first time 
I have such problem!! I have also cleared cache from my broweser, I use no 
proxy, so I do not know where this script takes this template from.

What is the best, that when I change the path to this template file:

plugin.tx_automaketemplate_pi1 {
  content = FILE
  content.file = fileadmin/template/new/template.htm

and give it name, for exemple notemplate.htm and this file does not exist, 
in frontend I get noting. So its good. It works, this code above. But when I 
even change the name on the disk from template.htm to notemplate.htm, so 
that file mentioned in script exists now on disk it doesn't change! All 
looks like before. No changes take effect! What is going on???
