[Typo3] Template Menu Missing

Oops, I looked everywhere apart from the obvious. Actually, I had wrongly
assumed this extension was loaded by default.

Thanks for your help - otherwise I might have spent the rest of the week
looking in the wrong place.

Have you checked extension manager (enable shy extensions) to see if it's 
just not being installed?
