[Typo3] Developer Conference

I set up a simple poll extension just to find out if there is any interest
in such a conference.

Although I would prefer it to be kind of a public TYPO3 convention that is
not just reserved for developers.
Something like the "Linux Tag" with affordable pricing.

But lets discuss the details when we know if there is enough interest in the
community.
