[Typo3] domain record question

Hello list,

I set up a second domain to my first domain and made the typo3/ subfolder  
the document root with an apache rewrite. That works great, now when I  
enter the URL in my browser it brings me to my subdir.
However, even though I set up domain records for that domain in TYPO3, it  
won't work. It will only show the site that's on the very top in the  
pagetree.
Any ideas?
