[Typo3] sorting listView in extension with two parameters

Hi all,


Just asking if I am missing something before rewriting everything:
Is there an integrated possibility to sort list view via two parameters 
in an extension made with kickstarter? (in my case in the end I want to 
have "ORDER by publicationyear DESC, number DESC").
I think it is not working, for as  long as I understand sorting is 
controlled by $this->internal["orderBy"] and 
$this->internal["descFlag"]. That would signify I can NOT use two 
parameters, only one descending or the same one not descending?

If anyone knows an answer...
