[Typo3] Link direct to a back end action such as "Add news record"

Hi,

Is it possible to link direct to a back end item such as "Add news record"
so that a link such as "Submit news" from the front end can drop you
straight into the relevant back end Add record page (assuming back end
logins have previously been completed). I posted something similar last
week but I think my wording was unclear hence the lack of response.

My question is not just news specific but relates to direct links for
adding common back end records by back-end non-admin users e.g  add news
record, add faq record, add calendar event record
