Hi Jamie,
Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dublin_core for an overview 
of what Dublin Core is.
If you don't want to include Dublin Core tags, you can disable them by 
setting plugin.meta.flags.DC = 0 in TS.
