[Typo3] Login successful in Mozilla Firefox but failed in MSIE

Hello everybody!

I just tried to copy a typo3 site from a reference site (Typo3 3.8.0). 
It's no problem logging into the reference site with Firefox and MSIE. 
After copying the site with all rights (-p) it's possible to log in with 
Mozilla Firefox but in MSIE it fails with

"Your login attempt did not succeed. Make sure to spell your username 
and password correctly, including upper/lowercase characters."

I'm using the same machine as logging into the reference site, cookies 
and java script are enabled.

Perhaps anyone has an idea? Thanks!
