What he means by that last one is that when you "Modify HTML header" then you should go
first into "modify TS/DO" (don't change anything) and then go back again to the page where
you can select the header parts.

for some reason (bug?) the mapping is just loaded when you enter the mapper ... so when you
edited the mapping of another TO before and now just want to change the Header of another
then the mapping of the later one will be overwritetn by the first one.
