[Typo3] Enabling Client Cache

Hi there,

I know that requisites for client caching are:

      a. The page is cached by TYPO3
      b. No *_INT or *_EXT objects are on the page (e.g. USER_INT)
      c. No frontend user is logged in
      d. No backend user is logged in

but, could anybody please tell me if I have to do something else apart from
including this line, in order to enable client cache in typo3 3.8.0? I think
I don't and still do not get it working. Protocol is http 1.1

   config.sendCacheHeaders=1
