[Typo3] Plugin Problem - tt_guest

Hi List,

I have added line:

styles.content.mailform < tt_content.mailform.20

to:
/static/setup.txt of the css_styled_content plugin

STILL, guest book, message board and forum are not working, please, 
please help.
