[Typo3] No ImageMagick - width of images

Hi list

I run an TYPO3 installation, and unfortunaltely I can´t run ImageMagick. I have disabled imageprocessing in the Install Tool.

It now seems that all pictures get their normal size i the FE - even though I set them to for instance 150px in then BE. 

Can´t that be changed? I mean set the FE to deliver a tag like <img src="..." width="150">
