[Typo3] Drop Down Sitemap Error

Hi List,

Error being reported on live site after installing DevAPI and DDSM, I 
have updated tables and folloed instructions:

Typo3 Developer API error:
The function
fe_mergeTSconfFlex
reported an error. Please check the arguments you passed to that 
function in order to solve the problem.
