[Typo3] 100 unnecessary lines of CSS in header of extensions not used

OK ROB - In my NEWSGROUPS program (Outlook Express) I usually scan the 
topics for those related to what I know or am interested in.... So I just 
though the previous subject was not really explainatory of my problem - but 
I acknowledge your comment and will try your approach next time.
