[Typo3] TemplaVoila and constants or TypoScript

Dear List,

can anybody plaese give me a hint or a quick explanation how I would set 
different values for a constant (or overwirte some TypoScript) depending 
on the content region of TemplaVoila?
For example: How would I get different imag sizes for picutres in the 
left column an picutes in the center column of a TemplaVoila template?
