[Typo3] TV 0.4.0 and TYPO3 3.7.0

At first I did not see the note in the change log either, but it is 
clearly stated that:

Runs on 3.8.0 for ALL features to be available! Maybe if you are not 
running the latests TYPO3 source from CVS you should not upgrade. Or at 
least be ready to downgrade if problems occur. See internal changelog.

Unfortunately the change log notes are only visible in the reposiory's 
"listing mode" (http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/)
