[Typo3] mail form send two email

Hi:)

I add  a mail  form in my page
and it sent 2 mails to the recipent
why?

I try to create a new page
whit business template and it's the same

When I send an email by install tool is ok:)

And if I try the same thing  to other typo project on the same web server is
ok.

Any Idea?
