[Typo3] Is there an extension like the Docu of this Site?

I (and I guess also most others) don't know EVERY extension ;(

AFAIK those "file-converters" are written using the "Service" mechanism which
was already introduced in 3.6.

But until now I never had time to dive into those Service stuff ...
Must find some spare time somewhen ...
