[Typo3] TV 0.4.0 and TYPO3 3.7.0

TV 0.4.0 is designed to work with TYPO3 Version 3.8.0.
(I had the same error trying to combine TV 0.4.0 with 3.7.0)
Choose TV 0.3 for TYPO3 3.7 or better upgrade to TYPO3 3.8.0.

This is a bug/"missing feature?" of TV 0.4.0.
Choose a "classic" element (like "Regular Text") and change the Type to 
"Flexible Content".
Select a DS, save (!) and finally choose a TO.
