[Typo3] create an order list

How do I get this up and running:
I wish to make an orderlist based on some data in a MySQL database (imported 
using csv file & phpadmin). I just don't know how to start...

I have the data and I would like to show some kind of form where you can 
select an amount and then when the user "submits" there will be a reciept 
with a list of chosen items that will be emailed to some specifik account 
and the reciept should be printable...

Maybe this looks something like a shopping module but I don'tknow how to 
utilize external data for this...

Am I making any sence here?
