If you can live with the fact that some of the most experienced and most 
active developers/admins in this group won't even consider reading your 
problem it will be in deed. At least for the rest of the world.

But I thought you had a problem and need help?

Anyway:
If you did a full install including static data (install tool, database 
manager), you should have a number of static templates selectable in the 
template section of the BE (green, company, ...).
Not state of the art design anymore but not too bad either.
