[Typo3] CSS include

I'll try with headerData but it's a little bit strange because i have that
code running fine in 3.6.2. I'm not sure why / is prepended in path. I
also noticed this behaviour in automake-template plugin. It looks like
some sort of rewrite where / is inserted in the beginning of the path but
i don't have any rewrite rules defined in httpd.conf.
