[Typo3] Wiki "RTE"

Good morning list,

I think I heard about some "RTE" that works like the wiki-RTE...does 
anyone know if a) it exists or b) the extension key?
I mean an editor that consists just of a normal textarea where this 
would result in a unorderedlist for example:

* Listitem 1
* Listitem 2
* Listitem 3

hope you get the idea (espesh the non-wiki-users)...
if the extension doesnt exist I'll probably have to do it ;)
