[Typo3] Strange! Can't create new content elements

Hello,

I got a strange problem. I can't create new content elements.

This is the workflow:

1.) Create new page content
2.) Enter some values and save or try to change the type
Result => "2: SQL error: 'Duplicate entry '2147483647' for key 1' (tt_content:NEW42a91c1d53017)"

(Creating new tt_news entries works without any problems.)

I'm using TYPO3 3.8.0 with Apache 1.3.26, PHP 4.1.2 and mySQL 3.23.49


Does anybdoy know this problem?
I hope someone can help me on this...
