[Typo3] Case handling extention?

Im looking for a some sort of casehandling system for a typo3 site. 
It should be some sort of system, where a user can log into the frontend and
create a "support-case". Supporters/superusers should then be able to log in
via either the backend or frontend and write a anwser/solution to the
problem. 

Is there such extention? Or doens anybody know of an extention there can be
modded to this feature?
