[Typo3] RTE and Tables with 3.7.1 and 3.8

I can't make the tables in the RTE working on TYPO3 3.7.1 and 3.8.
With the same installation but with the 3.7.0 source, everything works
perfekt (at least with the RTE).

Did someone else experience the same problem? Is that a bug or do I have to
setup something somewhere in TYPO3 to make it work correctly?
