[Typo3] page header

Hi list

I want to change page header, this is shown like a title of IE(for example). In this page you can see it: TYPO3.org: English....

So i want that page header is taken from{page:title}. Usualy its made auto by TYPO, but now in my example is not it just stop working. Probably i did something wrong, but i dont know what?

My question is: Where to turn this on/off?
