[Typo3] max_user_connections too low

I have a TYPO3 installations on a shared server account.

If I click on site links too quickly, I get this error:

max_user_connections = 25 and I don't think I can get the host to
change this as it it universal for the server.

Is there any other way to avoid this error?
What about using page caching?
