[Typo3] Remove mailto: when creating email links in RTE?

I think that B. Kraft means that RTE makes mailto:... NOT only to the 
source code but randomly also as text, when then code is <a 
href="mailto:foo at foo.com>mailto:foo at foo.com</a>

THAT is stupid!
