- xhtml_strict patch.
- accesskeys next=+, prev=- slide=* home=h up=u thumbs=t
- thumbnailid ###thumbid### (like ###orientation###) results in r0c0 -> r[n]c[m]
- thumbnail watermark options
- documentation update.
