[Typo3] site does not show, only 'index of' the site

Hi, have a small issue here. The url of my site doesn't preceed to index.php 
file, all it does right now is show the 'index of' my site, showing the 
foldertree structure. If i check the index.php file from here it proceeds 
and all works as indended.

So instead of going to www.myurl.com/index.php it stays at www.myurl.com and 
shows the webservers directory.

I have set in my httd.conf file:

DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.php

Any ideas? I run the WAMP isntaller
