[Typo3] Newsletter Subscription Plugin is not available for use

Hi!

While in the BE: switch to the template module and go to the root page
of the site. Click "Edit the whole template record" in the very right
frame. Scroll "Include static" and search for template. If it is not
there, search "Include static (from extension)". Clicking the template
will bring it from right list to the left one. Click "Save" button. This
is all.
