[Typo3] unicode today

Hi Elamr,

	I build all my typo3 sites with UTF-8 coding and they all work fine 
here. The setting is just simple:

	1. set the [BE][forceCharser] = utf-8 in the install tool.
         2. set page.config.metaCharset = utf-8 in the setu field of 
yoyr template.

	Everything should goes fine. All the extentions works under utf-8 here.
