[Typo3] Missing "Download export"-button

Apparently if I copy the dummy site to the web server, renaming it htdocs 
and running through the 1-2-3 installation, then log in to the BE and create 
a page I don't have a Download export button in WAMP either...

Am I missing something or is someone else missing something ;)

(I tested things on my sons WinXP box with Apache2, MySQL and PHP as per the 
Win installer - then moving the htdocs out of the way and d/l the dummy site 
to htdocs).
