[Typo3] Problems with templavoila - boring or hard message?

Daniel,

we are working with TV since version 0.30 and typoe version 3.7.0. I am 
sure other have working setups with older versions.
Unfortunatly I don't have any windows experiances so I can't see if it 
can be a 'windows' setup.
But I can assure you that templavoila can work out of the box, but just 
don't follow the manual since it's out-dated.
What version of templavoila, mysql and typo3 are you running?
