[Typo3] Getting locallang labels from Typoscript

Concering extensions AFAIK just refer to desired locallang file! You can 
use any locallang file. But they seems to relate just setting values for 
the extensions itself primary in file 'tables.php' and 'tca.php' - not 
for using any TypoScript.
I would be strange if they could be used in totally different purpose.
I don't say that it is impossible but it is just against the task of 
locallang files.
