[Typo3] Text with image to the left!

I just had a user email me...

How do I create a text image to the left!

I don't suppose this is the first time it has been asked but it made me laugh.

Why not improve the interface to remove one of these content element links and 
rename the 'Text w/image' hiding as image below and to the right blah blah 
to... 

Text with image!

The options for the various image positions are clearly shown inside the 
element.
