[Typo3] problem with write permission

Hi, I have problem with TYPO3 3.8.0
typo3: 3.8.0
PHP: version 4.3.10, podpora GD2
MySql: version 4.0.23
PgSql: version 7.4

I want to pass through installation process and I am getting error messages.
If I change mod on the FTP for folder typo3temp to 777 - I see such screen - http://kobli.ic.cz/ftp.png
But in TYPO3 installation I am still getting this error - http://kobli.ic.cz/typo.png
If I change mod of typo3config to 777 - instalation colapse and I am getting only error messages:

If I change it back to mod 755 ... installation works execpt problem above plus all folders seems to have same problem like typo3temp.
I am on the free webhosting so I can only make changes with help of the server administrator. He does not know TYPO so he did not know what to do ...
Can you help me with my problem please.....
