[Typo3] LOGIN ERROR - COOKIES

Livier also could not log onto my scripturedirect demo account with the 
cookie message when using the correct password - I am able to log into that 
account from other computers at different locations. My main installation of 
TYPO has not had this problem until one of my clients recently could not log 
on anymore from his work - but he can logon from other systems ....

Here is Oliviers suggestion and my reply after I send the username-password 
to him privatly:

Olivier, thank you for checking for me - the thing is that I am able to 
login to that account from numerous other locations. I can also login my 
main account at spacexplorer.co.za without any trouble - and I have clients 
from different locations that can login as well - now suddenly one client 
experiences what you did with the scripturedirect demo site.

If it was a restriction to ip it should happen consistantly
