[Typo3] How to upload a ext to the rep

Hi,

I've created an extension and I decided to upload it to the repository. 
I did so, but the ext. isn't displayed. Only if I log in I can see it, 
but the title of the ext. doesn't have gray background color as the 
rest, but the bg color is orange. What have I done wrong? The name of 
the ext. is jb_eeblog_rss. I think it can be usefull as it generates RSS 
feed from ee_blog entries.
